For cars suppliedwith standard ISO connectors,you can directly mount the car radio (see
'MOUNTING'). For carswith different connecting standards, y our dealer can provide specific
adaptor cablesfor a problem free installation(see table on separateinstallationcard). If an
adaptor cable is not mentioned in the table, you can prepare the connection yourself
(see'PREPARATION').
*PREPARATION
The set must be connectedto a 12 V car battery with negativeterminal to earth (car chassis).

• Red leadA7: Connect to a switched12 V supply. T his supplyswitches on/off by the car ignition.
• Yellow/red leadA4: Connect to a permanent12 V supply. T his supplyis neededfor the set's
memory and warning light.

• Connect the supply for an electronic aerial or the control lead for the relay of an
automatic
motor aerial to pin A5. Use the small contact supplied.
Do not use this connectionpoint for direct supply of the aerial motor!
