For carswith different connecting standards, y our dealer can provide specific adaptor cablesfor a problem free installation(see table on separateinstallationcard).
  • Page 3 TELEPHONE MUTE If your car telephone provides a mute signal,it can be used to automatically interrupt the set's audio output. • Connect the telephone mute wire to pin A1. Use the small contact supplied (also availablefrom your dealer). Refer to 'INITIAL SETTINGS', option 'PHONE' In certainVW and Opel/Vauxhall c ars,the PinA 1 is usedas a speed-dependent v olumecontrol (GALA).

    PRESETS Use manually-stored presets for the stations you listen to often. Use automatically-stored presets to quickly find the strongest stations, for example when travelling through different reception areas. MANUALLY STORING STATIONS You can manually store 12 FM stations (on the FMI and FM2 bands),6 MW stations (on the MWI band) and 6 LW stations.
