Putting into operation

2.1 Installation of the unit

Table unit:
Place the Multivac compact on a stable, level surface.
Connect the unit with the power supply system.
Wall unit:
Insert the 3 fixation dowels into the wall according to the enclosed drilling template.
Make sure that there are no electricity lines or water pipes in the area of the
drill holes.
Screw the upper two fixation screws into the dowels.
Hang in the Multivac compact .
Allow to switch on or switch off the motor and the vacuum pump in the
manual operation mode as well to start and to cancel stirring programs in
the program-controlled stirring mode.
Allow to set data for stirring time, speed, direction of rotation and
vacuum in the manual operation mode.
Allows to change data that have already been set. By pressing the
adjusting wheel the changed data are confirmed.

The basic settings for stirring time, speed,
direction of rotation and vacuum that are
displayed when the unit is switched on can be
changed in the programming mode (section 3.1).
