EMONTAGE VANNE
1. Démonter le corps de la butée guide
88-106-02-E0 côté ressort 6130003, en
enlevant les 2 vis 6100282.
Une fois dévissé, le corps est
«poussé» par le ressort.
2. De l'autre côté de la vanne, enlever les
2 vis 6100121. Puis retirer le corps du
poussoir 88-106-04-UT. Si la clé ne
permet pas de dévisser, utiliser une
pince multiprise ou équivalent.
3. Pousser délicatement le tiroir 88-106-
06-E0
à
l'aide
métallique (tuyau RILSAN, crayon à
papier...).
4. Retirer les guides vanne 88-106-16-U0.
5. Pousser l'ensemble entretoises 88-095-
02-UT + joint toriques 6310035 toujours
avec un outil non métallique pour
éviter de rayer le corps de vanne.
Corps de vanne rayé = Vanne

ISASEMBLING
VALVE
1. Unscrew the spring guide body 88-106-
on
02-E0
removing the 2 screws 6100282.
When unscrewed, the body is
«pushed» by the spring.
2. On the other side of the valve, remove
the 2 screws 6100121. Then remove
the pusher body 88-106-04-UT. If
impossible to unscrew with hexagonal
wrench use water pump pliers or
equivalent.
3. Push gently the spool 88-106-06-E0
using a non metallic tool (nylon or
polyamide tubing, wooden pencil).
4. Remove the valve guides 88-106-16-
U0.
5. Push the assemblies' spacers 88-095-
02-UT + O-ring 6310035 still with a non
metallic tool to prevent scratching on
the cylinder bore of the valve.
Scratching on cylinder bore = Valve
out of order
