RISQUE DE FEU ET D’EXPLOSION Protéger entièrement la zone de soudage, les matières inflammables doivent être éloignées d’au moins 11 mètres. Un équipement anti-feu doit être présent à proximité des opérations de soudage.

  • Page 8 SMARTFEED M-4 / MB-PP CONFIGURATION DU TYPE DE TORCHE ET CÂBLAGE DE LA TORCHE (MB-PP SEULEMENT) Le SMARTFEED MP-PP est configuré par défaut pour fonctionner avec des torches standard sans moteur. 1 - Pour l’utilisation de la torche DC, WH PP de la marque BINZEL : Relier les pins 22 (DETECT_PP) et 9 (GND) ensemble sur le connecteur 24pts de la torche.

Fire fighting equipment should be kept close to wherever the welding activities are being undertaken. Beware the expulsion of hot spatter or sparks, even through cracks, which can cause fires or explosions.

  • Page 32 SMARTFEED M-4 / MB-PP De gasflessen moeten worden opgeslagen in een open of goed geventileerde ruimte. Ze moeten in verticale positie gehouden worden, in een houder of op een trolley. Lassen in de buurt van vet of verf is verboden.
  • Page 33 Dit materiaal is bestemd voor gebruik binnen. Om oververhitting te voorkomen moeten de voedingskabels, verlengsnoeren en laskabels helemaal afgerold worden. De fabrikant GYS kan niet verantwoordelijk gesteld worden voor lichamelijk letsel of schade aan voorwerpen veroorzaakt door niet correct of gevaarlijk gebruik van dit materiaal.

Un’attrezzatura antincendio deve essere presente in prossimità delle operazioni di saldatura. Attenzione alle proiezioni di materia calda o di scintille anche attraverso le fessure, queste possono essere causa di incendio o di esplosione.
