• The Powerline energy costs meter and the home plug must use
the same circuit. Refer to the "technical data" about the home plug
compatibility.

• Pairing the energy costs meter with the home plug is carried out
automatically. Refer to the chapter "9. LED status display".
• You may connect up to 8 devices (including the home plug) to the same
circuit.
• Make sure the electric appliance to be measured is turned off.
Connect the mains plug of the electric appliance to the isolated ground
receptacle (1). Switch on the electric appliance.

Powerline adapter
If the pairing as described in chapter "b) Connection" does not work
automatically, the pairing needs to be done manually.
As different configurations could be available with Powerline networks, it
is possible that an automatic connection will not be successful during first
use. If the pairing between energy costs meter and home plug (Powerline
adapter) will not work automatically and the LED PLC device detection (3)
will not light up, kindly proceed with the following steps in order to establish
a connection:
