c) Press the switch (7) and exert some pressure
onto the screw-in cartridge from behind to promote
the flow of the grease.
d) It must be ensured that both the thread (33) of the
grease gun and the bearing of the screw-in adapter
(30) (see P. 3 fig. C) are completely free from air and
are filled with grease to that a negative pressure can
be generated.
e) During the first venting process, always exert
light pressure onto the end of the grease cartridge.
During the grease release, using the switch (7)
activate the venting (2) of the grease gun time and
again.
f) Vent until the grease exits without air bubbles.

7. Care and Maintenance

Danger! Repair and maintenance work other
than described in this section should only be
carried out by qualified specialists .
- Check that all screw fittings are seated securely,
and tighten if necessary.
- Avoid contact with dangerous substances that
have collected on the tool. Wear suitable personal
protective equipment and take appropriate
measures to remove any dangerous substances
before maintenance.

9. Mounting accessories

Mounting shoulder strap* (16) (p. 2 fig. A)
Can be attached to the metal eyelets (5) .
9.2
Mounting additional LED (22)

Place the silicone loop (28) around the hose and
hang it on the plastic hook (26) .

Mounting magnet* (29)

Mounting adapter* (30) (only for TV 00)

Permits the use of a screw-in cartridge. Screw the
adapter (30) onto the thread (33) and tighten it with
a suitable tool.
9.5
Mounting clamping coupling* (36)

Using a spanner*, remove the conical grease nipple
coupling (27) with a suitable tool, screw on the
clamping coupling* and tighten it with the tool.

10. Repairs
Repairs to electrical tools must only be carried
out by qualified electricians!
