4. Replace control box
Remove old control box from mounting bracket tray and slide new control box into
mounting bracket tray (Fig. 4). Note: Wiring harness appearance may differ slightly from
the illustration.

5. Reconnect wiring harnesses
Connect the two wiring harnesses from the downrod to the harnesses on the back of
the control box (Fig. 5.1). Note: Wiring harness appearance may differ slightly from the
illustrations. Connect wiring harness from ceiling to wiring harness on front of control
box (Fig. 5.2). Secure ferrite core to square of double-sided tape on mounting bracket
(if not already secured) (Fig. 5.2).
