13. Using gloves, unstretch the 6" diameter flex venting from
the SD6DFA25 Flex Vent kit.
Due to sharp edges and the weight of the assembly,
please use proper eye protection and gloves to reduce
the potential for injuries.

14. Measure and cut the length for the two flex vent sections
that attach from the fireplace collars to the "Y" adapter
installed in step 10. Secure each flex vent section to the
collars on top of the fireplace with a 7" diameter gear
clamp. See Figure 12.
15. Attach and secure the "Y" adapter to the two flex sections
coming off the fireplace with 7" diameter gear clamps.
