TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The motor does not start.
The product does not reach high
pressure.
The output pressure varies high and
low.
The motor buzzes, but the product
does not start.

POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power button is in the "OFF" (O)
position.
The power cord is not plugged in.
Electrical outlet does not supply suf-
ficient power.
The circuit breaker is tripped.
The power switch is on, but you do
not pull the spray gun trigger.
The diameter of garden hose is too
small.
Water supply is restricted.
The water supply is not sufficient.
Spray tip has not be installed onto
the spray wand properly.
The water intake filter is clogged.
The water supply is not sufficient.
The pump is drawing in air.

The gun, hose or nozzle are calci-
fied.

SOLUTION
Set the power switch to the "ON" ( | )
position.
Connect the power cord to the pow-
er supply.
Try another electrical outlet.
Let it cool, and start the product
again.
Pull the spray gun trigger.
Replace with a 1" (25 mm) or 5/8"
(16 mm) garden hose.
Check garden hose for kinks, leaks,
and blockage.
Turn on the water supply fully.
Install desired spray tip to end of
wand.
Remove filter and rinse in warm wa-
ter.

Make sure that the hoses and
fitting are airtight.

Turn "OFF" product.

Purge pump by squeezing trig-
ger gun until a steady flow of
water comes out the spray tip.
Remove the filter and rinse in warm
water.

washer is running on the circuit.
Run distilled vinegar through deter-
gent tank.
