INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Remove headlight assembly from vehicle.
Remove high and low beam access doors.
Remove low beam headlight retainer. For
more working harness length, route through
high beam access door. Remove bulb from
harness.
STEP 2:
Using a pick or slotted screwdriver, remove
the harness retaining spring for reuse.
STEP 3:
Using a pick or slotted screwdriver,
remove each wire and reinstall into the
new connector, noting proper terminal
orientation.
NOTE: It may be useful to use a
marker to make a small indication on
wires to note position.

STEP 4:
Install new headlight socket by pushing both
wiring connectors in the same positions
used on the original socket until they click
into place. Make sure they go in all the way
and lock, seating flush with the socket
surface.
NOTE: The high beam assembly
can be used as a reference
for reassembly.
STEP 5:
Install original harness retaining spring
into new socket. Reinsert the repaired
socket through the high beam access door
and close door. Insert bulb into harness.
Use a soft cloth to wipe bulb clean before
installing into headlamp housing.
STEP 6:
Reinstall headlamp bulb. Close low beam
access door.
