Trim panel removal tool (optional)
• Butyl tape (optional)

• Pliers (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1:
Remove door panel. Place on soft surface to
prevent damage. Remove water vapor barrier for
reuse. Protect butyl tape if not reapplying.
NOTE: Butyl tape may be necessary to
reattach barrier.
STEP 2:
Remove window switch.
STEP 3:
Remove the door pull retaining hardware.

STEP 4:
Using the replacement as a guide, identify the
plastic welds that a x armrest to door panel.
STEP 5:
Remove the welds holding the armrest in place.
Using a ap disc, sand the welds ush. It is also
possible to drill the weld centers with a 7/32" drill
bit. Use a small slotted screwdriver to collapse
the weld edges into the centers.
