Working with the device
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
a) Loads should be lifted at the lowest possible speed of the winch.
b) Before starting the work with the machine, make sure that the cable is properly wound
on the drum (D).
c)
The steel cable should always be taut before lifting the load.
d) The winch motor is equipped with overheating protection (OTP). If the system overheats during
operation, the operation will be stopped and resumed after the drive components have cooled
down.
e) Caution! The device is not equipped with a load capacity sensor. If the machine is unable to lift
the load, the maximum capacity of the winch has been exceeded. Do not try to lift the load again!
Before working with the unit again, wait until the drive elements of the unit have cooled down
completely.
f)
It is forbidden to use the limit switches as a routine shutdown method for the machine. These
are limit switches, emergency switches that ensure safety in the workplace.
g) Before working with the unit, make sure that the load is properly attached to the hook (5) of
the carrying cable or the block of the winch.
h) When working with the unit, keep a safe distance between the load and the winch cable.
i)
The cable (4) should always be in good condition. Possible damage to the cable Fig. E.

the limit switch lever (7), the limit lock (6) will move the lever (7) up and the limit switch will be
activated. The operation of the device will be stopped.
d) If, when controlling the load "down", the operator does not stop the machine drive above the
safe limit of the steel cable on the drum, the lower limit switch lever will be activated and the
machine will be stopped.
