TROUBLESHOOTING
1. The machine does not switch on.
2. The machine does not start and the Espresso button is steady green.
3. The lever does not close completely.
4. The machine switches off.
5. The capsule gets stuck in the capsule housing.
6. The machine does not extract coffee or the extraction volume is low.
7. The interface does not work. There is no response after interaction, LEDs are off,
after pressing a button the machine does not operate as it should.
8. All extraction buttons fix red.
The machine does not respond.
. Check that you have plugged the lead into the socket.
. Check the mains or the socket.
. See chapter "First Use" (page 6).
.Check whether a capsule has been retained inside the extraction unit.
Open and close the lever again until observing that the extraction unit is clear and unblocked.
. To save energy, the machine will switch off automatically after 3 minutes of non-use.
. See chapter "Standby Mode" (page 10).
.Check whether the used capsule tank is full. Where necessary, empty it and put the empty
tank back in its specified position.
.Make sure that the water tank is properly fitted and that there is water in it.
.Reset to factory settings.
