TROUBLESHOOTING
Please turn off the equipment by pressing the button
Long Coffee and the Long Drinks button at the same time for
more than 3 seconds, wait 2 minutes and turn the machine
on again.
If the problem persists, contact Customer Service
and Support.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Warning: Check if you unplugged the appliance from the power outlet before you
clean it. To prevent electrical shocks, do not immerse the cord, plug or appliance in
water or any other liquid. Do not use any abrasive or solvent-composed cleaning
agent.
• Empty the deposit for used capsules and the deposit for liquids frequently.
• Use a dry cloth to clean the water tank.
• The deposit for used capsules, the cup tray and the drip basin may be washed
in hot water and dried with a soft cloth.
• The cup tray and the tray deposit for liquids must be washed in hot water and wiped
with a dry cloth.
• Clean the outer surfaces of the equipment with a damp cloth.
• You must never immerse the equipment in water or any other liquid.
