in your smartphone settings.
• The battery of the posture control is flat. If the posture control does not
switch on, charge it with the USB charging adapter supplied (see the
"Charging the battery" section).
• Check that you are using the correct app. Data transfer is only possible
with the "8sense" app.
• The posture control is connected to another smartphone. Disconnect
the posture control first before connecting it to another smartphone.
When should I charge the battery in the posture control?
Charge the battery in the posture control as soon as the LED on the
device flashes red. As soon as the LED flashes red, a maximum battery
power of 6 hours remains. In order to continuously record data, never
allow the battery to deplete completely.
