3. Operation

•
Push the knob to start stirring.
•
Rotate the knob to set the stirring speed.
Note: push the knob to stop stirring.
Autoreverse, intermittent mode and timer functions
•
While the display shows OFF, push the knob for 3 seconds.
•
Rotate the knob to set the autoreverse time (minutes/seconds).
The rotation direction will change after each set interval time.
