6.5. C
URRENT REGULATION
Regulate the current in base of the insert dimensions and the pad used:
Standard graphite insert (27a/27c) with standard Tig bond pad (28a/28c): it is possible to work with the knob turned on the
MAX position.
Narrow graphite insert (27b/27d) with narrow Tig bond pad (27b/27d) and in polishing function it is suggested turn the
knob on the MIN or MED position, otherwise the pad can burn and damage the workpiece.
Clinox Brush (30): put the knob (11) on the position relative to the brush (turn the knob on the last position).
6.6. E
LECTRIC INSTALLATION
1. Connect one side of the small torch power cable (29) into the red socket (5) situated in the front panel of the machine and
the other side on top of the torch (21) (Picture. J5).
2. Connect the plug of ground cable (19) into the socket (4) in front of the machine.
3. Put the clamp of the ground cable (19) on the stainless steel work piece.
4. Insert the plug of machine power cable (6) into a socket in compliance with the laws in force, by referring to the rated
voltage indicated on the front panel of machine.
5. Turn ON the machine pressing the power switch (7).

LEANING
POLISHING OPERATIONS
Pay attention:
during the use of the small torch (21), the fumes extraction system is disabled.
It is always necessary to use the machine with an adequate aspiration plant in function.
1. Push the button (25) on the small torch (21) to pump liquid from tube tank (24) on the pad/brush (28/30). After each
pressing, wait 2/3 seconds before pressing again in order to fill the pump system. At the first filling repeat this operation
4/5 times.
2. Put the pad/brush (28/30) soaked by electrlytic solution (24) on the stainless steel to work. With pressure, clean the weld
until the oxidation is perfectly removed (Picture J6 - Picture J7).
Pay attention: the pad/brush (28/30) must always be soaked by electrolytic solution (24) otherwise its lifetime will be
reduced (replace the special pad/brush -28/30- whenever it shows remarkable burns or is notably
broken). Never use the torch insert (27) without the special pad (28).

FTER CLEANING
POLISHING
1. Put the small torch (21) on its support (22).
2. Remove the clamp of the ground cable (19) from the workpiece.
After cleaning/polishing, spray the INOX FIT (40) solution on the workpiece to neutralize the chemical sediments
and then dry the surface using a sponge or blotting paper, otherwise white stains will appear after some hours and
then another polishing operation will be necessary to remove them (Picture J8).
6.9. P
OWER DOWN
1. Put the power switch (7) on "O" position (OFF).
2. Unplug the machine power cable (6).
3. Supply a machine maintenance (par. 8).
