LEANING POLISHING OPERATIONS
1. Turn ON the machine pressing the power switch (7).
2. Press the torch's ON button (18) to provide steady voltage to the insert (16/43).
3. The electrolytic solution comes out from the insert (16/43) and wet the pad (28/41/44); proceed now with the weld
cleaning/polishing operations (Note that in the manual setting the electrolytic solution comes out from the insert -16/43-
only when the torch's ON button -18- is pressed repeatedly).
4. Start cleaning/polishing by placing the pad (28/41/44) soaked by electrlytic solution on the stainless steel to work. Move
the pad (28/41/44) across the weld with a pressure until it is completely cleaned/polished. (Picture i6).
The cleaning operation of the large surface are possible only with the Big graphite insert (43) and the Big bond
pad (44).
Pay attention: the pad (28/41/44) must always be soaked by electrolytic solution otherwise its lifetime will be reduced
(replace the special pad -28/41/44- whenever it shows remarkable burns or is notably broken). Never
use the torch insert (16/43) without the special pad (28/41/44).
Pay attention: If using the torch vertically, make sure to use the provided protective cup (17) to prevent the Bomar
from running down inside the torch through the extraction slots. Internal components, damaged due
to contact with the Bomar, are not covered by the warranty.

FTER CLEANING POLISHING
1. Press the torch's OFF button (18).
2. Put the torch (1) on its support (2).
3. Remove the clamp of the ground cable (19) from the workpiece.
After cleaning/polishing, spray the INOX FIT (40) solution on the workpiece to neutralize the chemical sediments
and then dry the surface using a sponge or blotting paper, otherwise white stains will appear after some hours and
then another polishing operation will be necessary to remove them (Picture i7).
5.7. P
OWER DOWN :
1. Put the power switch (7) on "O" position (OFF).
2. Unplug the machine power cable (6).
3. Supply a machine maintenance (par. 8).
