- Tungsten insert (16) + Standard bond pad (41) with solution: Neutral Bomar, Tig Bomar, Brill Bomar (39).
- Tungsten insert (16) + Tig bond pad (28) with solution: Neutral Bomar, Tig Bomar, Brill Bomar (39).
AC: for surface cleaning with:
- Big graphite insert (43) + Big bond pad (44) with solution: Neutral Bomar, Tig Bomar, Brill Bomar (39).
DC: for weld-polishing with:
- Tungsten insert (16) + Tig bond pad (28) with Brill Bomar (39c).

UMP REGULATION
Pay attention:
the machine's pump is tested with a special fluid. When using the machine for the first time, make sure
before starting work that the fluid delivered by the machine is electrolytic solution (more dense), and allow
any residue of the test fluid to run out of the machine first (1-2 minutes).
Pay attention: when the pump works in automatic position, if the user doesn't work for 20'' seconds the machine
automatically stops working; in this way, the electrolytic solution wastage is avoided.
 Manual setting "
": the electrolytic solution comes out from the insert (16) only when the torch's ON button (18) is pressed
repeatedly.
 Automatic setting: put the knob (13) in the positions after the one "Manual" in order to work with the pump in automatic
mode. Turn it clockwise to increase delivery and counter-clockwise to reduce it.
Note: Using the Big graphite insert and the big bond, please turn the knob in automatic function setting the pump from the
second position until the last.
5.4. E
LECTRIC INSTALLATION
Before connecting the machine, make sure that:
 there is the earth wire;
 the system is in accordance with the unit capacity;
 there are protective devices against all the overcurrents in case of overloads or short-circuits;
 there are automatic cut offs according to type of grounding, in order to avoid any indirect contact;
 electric cables, sockets and plugs making up the machine are in good state.
Therefore proceed to electric installation:
1. Connect the plug of ground cable (19) into the socket (4) in front of the machine.
2. Put the clamp of the ground cable (19) on the stainless steel workpiece.
3. Insert the plug of machine power cable (6) into a socket in compliance with the laws in force, by referring to the rated
voltage indicated on the front panel of machine.

it is possible to work with the knob turned on the MAX position.
using narrow inserts and narrow pads and in polishing function it is
suggested turn the knob on the MIN or MED position, otherwise the
pad can burn and damage the workpiece.
put the knob (11) on the position relative to the Big insert (turn the
knob on the fourth position).
