12. INSTALLING THE COOKING COMPONENTS

Parts Required:
1 x Top Cooking Rack (#1)
1 x Middle Cooking Rack (#2)
1 x Cooking Grid (#3)
Installation:
• Place the Cooking Grid on the lower ledges inside of the Main Barrel.
Next, place the Middle Cooking Rack on the middle ledges inside the
Main Barrel. Lastly, place the Top Cooking Rack on the top ledges inside
of the Main Barrel.
NOTE: To maintain the searing and grilling performance of your
Cooking Grids, regular care and maintenance is required.

13. MOUNTING THE RACK HANGER

Parts Required:
1 x Rack Hanger (#8)
Installation:
• Secure the Rack Hanger to the back panel of the Main Barrel using
the pre-assembly two screws. Cooking Racks can be hung on the Rack
Hanger while not in use.

14. PLACING THE GREASE BUCKET

Parts Required:
1 x Grease Bucket (#23)
Installation:
• Place the Grease bucket on the spout hook on the end of the Main
Barrel. Ensure it is level to avoid grease spills.
• The unit is now completely assembled.
