6. Toppling prevention
Securing to the cabinet
1. Use the 4 toppling prevention belt
mounting screws  to attach the 4 toppling
prevention belts  to the stand base  as
shown in the figure.
2. Attach the toppling prevention belts  to
the prepared holes of the pedestal using
the 4 toppling prevention belt mounting
screws  .
If no prepared holes are provided, make holes
in the center of the thickness dimension of the
top panel, and use them to secure the belts.
Anchoring to wall or post by wire
Pass commonly available metal wire (with breaking
strength of at least 7.8 kN) through holes in display
mounting fixture  and anchor to a strong wall, post,
etc., leaving no slackness in the wire.
Note
•
Use a commonly available product (with breaking strength
of at least 7.8 kN) that is suitable for the way your home is
built.
Removing the plasma display
Caution
•
Always ask a qualified professional to move the plasma display or remove it from its bracket.
•
Because the display is heavy, handle it carefully by the use of lifting equipment (machine).
1. Remove the toppling prevention system.
2. Remove wiring to connecting devices, and then remove grounding plate.
3. Remove the light shield.
4. Remove the 2 screws for securing unit starting from the upper left side of the left and right display
mounting fixtures.
5. With the plasma display held in suspension, pull it forward to remove it.
