Connecting the unit
Always check that the unit is installed in a safe
and stable position. A possible fall may suddenly pull
on the cord and the handpiece, hurting the patient
and the user, and damaging the unit.
Check that the rated voltage of the power
supply corresponds to the local line voltage to
prevent damaging the unit.
Use the unit only in a FI protected mains supply
(FI = Residual current protection).
For USA or Canada: connect only to a Hospital
Grade outlet.
To connect the foot pedal and the power supply
to the
OPTIMA
BAC200, turn over the unit as
shown in the pictures above.

Brancher l'appareil
Toujours vérifier que l'appareil est installé de
manière stable et sûre. Une éventuelle chute pourrait
entraîner le cordon de la pièce à main, blesser le
patient et l'utilisateur et endommager l'appareil.
Vérifier que la tension nominale de l'appareil
correspond bien à la tension secteur de votre cabinet
afin d'éviter d'endommager l'appareil.
Connecter l'appareil uniquement à une prise protégée
par un interrupteur différentiel (protection FI).
Pour les USA ou le Canada: brancher unique-
ment à une prise secteur "Hospital Grade".
Pour connecter la pédale et l'alimentation au
OPTIMA BAC200, retourner l'appareil com-
me illustré ci-dessus.

Anschliessen des Geräts
Vergewissern Sie sich grundsätzlich, dass
das Gerät in einer sicheren und stabilen Position
installiert wird. Das Herunterfallen kann einen unvor-
hergesehenen Zug am Kabel oder am Handstück,
die Verletzung des Patienten und des Nutzers oder
eine Beschädigung des Geräts zur Folge haben.
Die Nennspannung des Gerätes muss mit der
örtlichen Versorgungsspannung übereinstimmen.
Das Gerät kann sonst beschädigt werden.
Schliessen Sie das Gerät nur über einen FI-Schalter
(Fehlerstromschutz) an.
Nur für USA oder Kanada: Schliessen Sie das
Gerät nur an eine Steckdose mit „Hospital Grade" an.
Um den Fussschalter und das Netzkabel an den
OPTIMA BAC200 anzuschließen, drehen Sie
das Gerät wie in den Abbildungen gezeigt um.
