Insufficient dehumidification

This device can be dangerous if it is repaired by
unqualified persons in an improper way. Any faults the
elimination of which requires mechanical or electrical
intervention may only by carried out by qualified
specialists or service staff.
If the fault cannot be rectified despite following the
checklist above, please contact one of our subsidiaries
or our headquarters.

Cause of error
• seals are not seated properly or are
defective
• air leaks at nozzles and fans
• regeneration air flow interrupted
• rotor defective
• electrical supply interrupted
• phase missing
• impeller not fastened
• motor defective
• fan impeller not fastened
• toothed belt or chain of rotor drive slips

Measure
• Correct seal position (particularly radial
seals) or replace them.
• Eliminate air leaks.
• Check regeneration air fan for proper
functioning.
• Check air passages, flaps.
• Have rotor replaced.
• Check and restore connection.
• Check phases.
• Fasten impeller.
• Have motor replaced.
• Check process air and regeneration air
fan, have them replaced if necessary.
• Fasten impeller.
• Check toothed belt/chain tension.
• Check toothed washer/pinion and carrier
(along rotor circumference) for damage.
• Check rotor for smooth running, replace
bearing if necessary.
