Change Grill Main Burner Valve Orifices
1. Remove the grates and flame tamers.
2. Remove 1 screw and cotter clip that hold the burner in place.
Set the screw and clip aside. Remove the burner from the grill
by lifting the burner out. y g

3. Use a 6 mm socket and wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove
the brass orifice from the end of each main gas valve. The
NG orifice is located behind the LP orifice, so no additional
orifice needs to be installed.
NG Orifice
IMPORTANT: Check that the orifice is properly installed inside of
the valve opening.
4 4. Reinsert the burner and reattach using the screw and cotter Reinsert the burner and reattach using the screw and cotter
clip previously removed.
5. Position the igniter so that it is 1/8th" (6.0 mm) away from each
burner.
6. Repeat this process for each main burner.

LP Orifice
Change the Sear Burner Orifice
1. Remove the 1 screw securing the igniter and remove the
igniter from the side burner.
2. Remove the searing side burner screws. Set the screws
and cover aside.
3. Lift the searing side burner out of the grill.
4. 4 Use 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove Use 6 mm socket wrench or 6 mm nut driver to remove
the orifice. Replace with the Natural gas orifice.
