Exercise programs P1-P14:
On the normal manual mode, press
speed programs P1-P14. Each program is divided into 20 intervals o time
and the speed changes as ollowing program list shows. Initial setting time
is 30min, set a time or training session and press Start to start the pro-
gram. Pressing Stop to have a break or nish earlier the program. Press
/

key to adjust speed during the program i it is to quick or
slow. With next intervals o time the speed level will change back to pro-
gram mode. I the program runs till end o time the motor will stop running

User-setting programs U1-U3:
Beside the 14 preset programs, the treadmill setup 3 user-dened pro-
grams: U1, U2, U3.

key continuously until the expected program (U1/U2/U3) dis-
play in the standby condition, while the „time" window fash, display the

setting time, press
Key, to set up expected running time, press
key to enter program parameter, then set up the at rst time section

setting, and entering the next time section setting, until all 20 time sec-
tions are set. The parameter will be kept permanently until resetting, and
all parameters will not be lost when power o. You can change parameters
through set new data.
Selection and start the user-defned program:
1. Switch on power on main switch and put on the saety clip at Computer
and exercise cloth.
2. In the standby condition, continuously press
user-dened program U1/U2/U3 display.
3. Set up the running time and press [start] - key to begin exercise. Ater a
countdown with 3 seconds the engine o treadmill starts.
Programs with heart rate control HRC1-HRC3:
1. There are 3 HRC programs (HRC 1, HRC 2 und HRC 3) with dierent
max. speed.
HRC 1 max. speed 12 km/h
HRC 2 max. speed 14 km/h
HRC 3 max. speed 16 km/h
These programs you can pre-enter your own target heart rate (H.R.)
Adjusting the HRC programs:
Press
key to select one o the target H.R. programs HRC 1, HRC 2 or
HRC 3. Then press
key to enter this program and adjust with
/
keys the age and target H.R.
1. Age: adjustable 13 - 80 years, the deault age is 30 years.
2. Target H.R.: adjustable 0.45 (45%) - 0.75 (75%) o the max. H.R. (220-
Age), the deault value is 0.6 (60%) o max. H.R.
3. The maximum pulse is: (220-Alter)
Speed variation in the pulse programs:
Ater start a warm up phases with lower speed or 1 Min. begin. Then the
measured pulse rate is every 30 seconds or the Pulse program used to
control the speed.

B) I the measured pulse value is 1 - 29 pulse beats lower, the speed in-
creases by 1 km / h.
C) I the measured pulse value is 1 - 29 pulse beats higher, the speed is
reduced by 1 km / h.
The Pulse programs work only with continuous pulse measurement! Please
note that the use o the audio port during chest belt unction may cause
disturb the pulse measurement.
Body Fat Analysis
In standby state, press

key to set the parameter o 01-04 (see below detailed table).
Ater entered data the display show F—5 or physical test. At this state,
hold the handle pulse board or 6-8 seconds and it will display which %
o FAT you have. Check i the weight matches with your height. FAT is to
measure the relevance between height and weight, not the body propor-
tion. FAT is suitable or every man and woman, it provide the important
grounds or adjusting the weight with other health indicators. The perect
FAT is between 20-24%, which means i less than 19 is too thin, and i
between 25-29 is overweight and i more than 30 is obesity.
