Maintenance
Check for correct leak tightness and function again
after maintenance work and/or replacement of
components.
Have the full face mask checked at least once a year by
trained technical staff for condition and correct
operation (in the event of more than 150 dives per year,
have the check performed twice per year).
To keep the full face mask ready for operation:
– Clean the full face mask.
– From time to time, visually inspect the exhalation
valve of the full face mask by removing it as
described below, checking it for dirt and damage,
and then refitting it.
– Lightly rub the sealing surfaces of the plug-in
connectors (1, 2, 3) with Molykote® M111 silicone
grease after every 20 to 30 dives.

6.2 Cleaning and disinfecting
NOTICE
Risk of damaging the material!
For cleaning and disinfecting, do not use any solvents
(e.g. acetone or alcohol) or cleaning agents with
scouring particles.
► Only follow the specified procedure and use the
specified cleaning and disinfecting agents. Other
agents, dosages and application times may cause
damage to the product.
CAUTION
Damage to the product and danger to eyes and
skin!
The undiluted cleaning agents may be harmful to health
if they make direct contact with eyes or skin.
► When cleaning or disinfecting the full face mask, do
not rub the inside of the visor. The mask should not
be dried at temperatures above 40 °C. The anti-
fogging coating can be damaged in both cases,
which can result in loss of effectiveness. Wear
goggles and protective gloves when working with
undiluted agents.
For information on appropriate cleaning and
disinfection agents and their specifications, see
document 9100081 at www.draeger.com/IFU.
