19. Seal will not remain
inflated.
Troubleshooting the Heated Surface (if equipped)
Symptoms
1. Heated bath does not turn
on.
2. Bath is turned on, but
there is little or no heat.

Probable Causes
D. There is excessive wear on latch
pin and/or strike plate.
E. The handle/latch mechanism
inside the door is not working.
A. There is a loose wire connection
under the door.
B. Error code on the controller is
activated.
C. Primary seal may be leaking.
D. Air line inside the door may be
pinched.
E. There is an air leak inside the
door.
F.
One or more of the solenoid
valves is leaking air.
Probable Causes
A. No power to power supply.
B. User keypad cable loose or
damaged.
C. User keypad does not work.
D. Power supply does not work.
A. Heater cable loose or damaged.
B. Heater/insulation loose on the
bath.
C. Heat indicator is yellow or
orange.

Recommended Action
D. Apply a small amount of oil to the
face of the strike plate, replace the
strike plate, or call the Customer
Care Center using the information
provided on the back page of this
manual.

A. Check the 10-pin wire connection
located behind the plate on the
bottom of the door, opposite the
drain end.
B. Reset the controller.

B. Secure the heater/insulation to the
bath.
C. Press the [Up] arrow to increase
temperature.
