9. Troubleshooting support

If your unit does still not work properly after following the instructions mentioned
below, contact help@duravit.com. Have the article and serial number ready. The-
se can be found on the nameplate on the back of the operating instructions.
Problem
Indicator lamps and alarm function
The "Status LED"

> Switch off SensoWash
> Switch on SensoWash
again.
If flashing does not stop:
> Cut off power supply.
> After 30 sec. connect it
again.

function.
> Cut off the power supply.
> After 30 sec. connect it
again.
