17.2.1 Setting the alarm time
The alarm function cannot be operated until the correct time has been set.
Depending on the configuration, this either happens automatically or will need
to be set manually. The time can either be updated manually, via DAB/FM or
via the Internet. For more information on this, see Section 18.3.
>
Select an alarm time memory Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 using the  or  buttons
and confirm with OK.
Alternatively:
>
Press the Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 button to jump straight to alarm configuration.
>
Then go through all the points one after the other. Confirm each entry with
the OK button.
Repeating
>
You can choose between Daily (every day of the week), Once, Weekdays
(Mon - Fri) and Weekends (Sat and Sun). Press the OK button to apply the
setting.
Time
>
Here you can enter the alarm time and date (if required).
Using the / buttons, first select the hours and press the OK button to
save. Then enter the minutes. Accept this too by pressing the OK button.
If Repeat > [Once] has been selected, you must also enter the date as well
as the time.
Mode
>
You then enter the source. The available options are BUZZER, Internet Radio,
DAB+ or FM. Press the OK button to accept the setting.
Station
>
If you have selected Internet Radio, DAB+ or FM, you can then enter
whether or not you want to be woken up by the last station listened to or
by one from your Favourites list.
Volume
>
Use the / buttons to select the volume with which you wish to be woken
up.
Saving
>
Press the OK button to save the alarm.
The alarm is active as soon as you have set the alarm repeat to Daily, Once,
Weekend, or Workdays. The status bar shows an alarm symbol with the
corresponding number of the active alarm.
