DAMAGED SMOKE EXTRACTION FAN ALARM

This alarm goes off when the smoke extraction fan breaks down. If
this happens, the boiler or thermo-stove stops and the display will
show the following alarm (see drawing D67). Immediately this is
activated, as a safety measure, the turn-off stage will be activated.
To deactivate the alarm press button 4 and the boiler or thermo-
stove will return to the normal state after carrying out the final
cleaning.
11.5.

IGNITION FAILURE ALARM

In case of ignition failure (after 25 minutes at least) the display will
show up an alarm as follows (see drawing D68).
To deactivate the alarm press button 4 and the boiler or thermo-
stove will come to the normal state after doing the final cleaning.
11.6.

SWITCHING-OFF FAILURE DURING WORKING PHASE

If the flame extinguishes during the working stage and the smoke
temperature goes lower than the minimum working threshold,
the alarm does go off and the turn-off stage will be immediately
activated (see drawing D69) The fault notified on the display is NO
PELLET but this may not necessarily be the fault.
To deactivate the alarm press button 4 and the boiler or thermo-
stove will come to the normal state after doing the final cleaning.
11.7.

THERMAL ALARM

If during the working phase the thermal security alarm shows up
(see drawing D70), the turn-off stage will be immediately activated.
This alarm means an overheating of the internal part of the pellet
storage tank; this sensor locks the operation of the machine for safety reasons. The restart needs to be done manually by an authorised
technician.
The replacement of the 90ºC safety device is not included in the warranty unless the technical assistance centre demonstrates a
faulty component, it is a consumable item.
11.8.

COMBUSTION CHAMBER PRESSURE ALARM

This alarm is triggered when there is a pressure change in the combustion chamber (door open, dirty ash reservoirs, down draughts,,
blocked flue...). The electronic pressure switch locks the operation of the boiler or thermo-stove and shows the alarm. After that the turn-off
stage will be immediately activated (see drawing D71).
11.9.

LACK OF PRIMARY AIR INTAKE FLOW ALARM

Your boiler or thermo-stove has a flow sensor placed inside
the primary air suction pipe. It detects the proper circulation of
combustion air and the smoke exhaust. In case of insufficient air
intake (due to incorrect smoke outlet or improper air intake), the
sensor sends a "lock" signal. After that the turn-off stage will be
immediately activated (see drawing D72).
11.10.

AUGER MOTOR/GEAR FAILURE ALARM

The control of the fuel load delivered to the boiler or thermo-stove is
automatically monitored through the electronic programming. This
alarm goes off in the event that the auger breaks down and feeds
continuously. If this happens, the boiler or thermo-stove stops and
the display will show the following alarm. Immediately afterwards,
the turn-off stage will be activated (see drawing D73).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support
service.
11.11.

FLOW SENSOR FAULT

In case of a failure of the flow sensor, which is positioned in the
primary air intake tube, a lock out signal is sent to the boiler
or thermo-stove and right after that the turn-off stage will be
immediately activated. (See drawing D74).
In case this alarm appears you should contact the technical support
service.
