TEMPERATURE REACHES THE EXTERNAL
THERMOSTAT SET-POINT TEMPERATURE
When an external thermostat is connected the "Stand-by mode"
choice mode "2" must be activate and the menu 6 "Waiting mode"
(on). In this case, when the room temperature reaches the value set
by the user via the external thermostat, the boiler or thermo-stove
will be automatically turned off and will be on "Waiting Demand" until
the room temperature falls and the thermostat demands an increase
in temperature anew. In the case that menu 6 "Stand-by Mode" is
deactivated, the boiler or thermo-stove will work by modulating the
power when it reaches the water temperature value, but not when it
reaches the set external thermostat figure. See drawing D59.
10.5.8.

BURNER CLEANING

While the boiler or thermo-stove is working normally, automatic
cleaning of the burner takes place in several minutes intervals.
Mainly, this process consists of cleaning the remaining pellet or olive
stone in the burner in order to guarantee proper working of the
boiler. See drawing D60.
10.5.9.

TURNING OFF THE BOILER

To turn the boiler off we just need to press button 4 for a few
seconds. Once it has been turned off, the boiler will start the final
cleaning stage, in which the pellet/olive pit supply stops and the
smoke extractor will work at maximum speed. This stage does not
finish until the boiler or thermo-stove has reached the appropriate
cooling temperature. See drawing D61.
10.5.10.

BOILER TURNED OFF

When the boiler is turned off, the display shows the following
information (see drawing D62):
10.5.11.

RE-IGNITION OF THE BOILER

Once the boiler or thermo-stove is turned off it is not possible to
restart it until a safety lock out period is passed and the boiler is
cold enough. If you try to start-up the boiler or thermo-stove, the
display will show the following information (see drawing D63):

11. ALARMS

In case of an anomaly during operation, the electronics of the boiler
intervene and highlight the irregularities that have taken place in the
standard operation of the boiler, depending on the type of fault.
Every alarm situation puts the boiler or thermo-stove to be an
automatic "lock out" state. By pressing button 4 we can unlock it.
Once the boiler or thermo-stove has reached the appropriate cooling
temperature, the user can restart it up.
11.1.

POWER SUPPLY FAILURE (BLACK OUT)

In the event that power supply is cut for less than 30 seconds,
the boiler or thermo-stove will restart and continue with its normal
working state.
In the event that power supply is cut for greater than 30 seconds,
when power is restored the boiler, as a safety measure, goes
straight to the Final Cleaning stage until the boiler or thermo-stove
temperature reaches the appropriate cooling temperature. Once
the final cleaning has finished, the boiler will turn off until the user
manually ignites it again (see drawing D64).
11.2.

SMOKE TEMPERATURE PROBE ALARM

This alarm goes off when the probe in charge of detecting the exhaust smoke temperature is disconnected or it fails. During the alarm status,
the boiler will move to the turn-off stage (see drawing D65).
11.3.

SMOKE TEMPERATURE EXCESS ALARM

It goes off when the probe detects a smoke temperature higher than 270°C. The display will show the following message (see drawing D66):
During the alarm state, the boiler or thermo-stove will be in the turn-off stage.
