MENU OPTION

Pressing button nº 3 of display we can access to the MENU. It is divided into different sections and levels that allow access to the boiler or
thermo-stove configuration and programming.
The elements of the menu that allow access to the technical programming of the boiler are protected by a password. These parameters
should only be modified by an authorised technician. (The changes in these parameters could cause incorrect operation of the boiler or
thermo-stove and the subsequent loss of its warranty).

MENU 1. CHOOSING FUEL

It establishes the fuel that we are going to use, either
pellet or olive stone. In the event of using wood pellet
we will select "TYPE 1" while if we are going to use
olive stone we will select the option "TYPE 2." Due to
the different fuel qualities, boilers and thermo-stove BioBronpi
can choose a third kind of fuel "TYPE 3" to get an acceptable
combustion despite the fuels poor performance, nevertheless
minimum quality requirements must be adhered to. In the case that a fuel has any of the following characteristics; adulterated fuel, very wet,
with a low density, abnormal granulation, in presence of impurities, etc, Bronpi Calefacción S.L. will not be responsible for damages produced
by those. See drawing D24.
10.4.3.

MENU 2. SUMMER/WINTER MODE

This menu has two options: "SUMMER" and "WINTER."
In the event of selecting the "winter" mode the function
allows boiler or thermo-stove to use simultaneously the
heating system together with the SHW (Sanitary Hot
Water) system. We always need to give priority to the SHW system
and it needs to be directly installed to our boiler or thermo-stove. In
the event of having connected the boiler through a heating circuit,
the boiler or thermo-stove will work, anyway, in the same way and it
will regulate the performance depending on the values set. "Winter"
working mode is advisable during the coldest periods.
In the event of selecting the "summer" mode, a proper running is only guaranteed when we have installed an SHW system. This is due to
the fact that during the summer season the boiler considers unnecessary the use of heating systems, so it will be running only in the case of
demanding sanitary hot water. When our installation does not have the SHW heating system it is advisable to select the "winter" mode even
in the summer. See drawing D25.

MENU 3. SET UP CLOCK

The clock sets the time and date. To set up the clock you have
to move through the different submenus and introduce the data,
changing values with buttons 1 and 2. The card has a lithium battery
that allows the clock to work for 3-5 years (see drawing D26).
