TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The image seen viewing through the
binoculars is not perfectly circular.
Diplay blurred
When attempting a measurement, the
display„- - -" appears
Display flashes or no measurement
possible
Cause
a) Your pupil is not in line with the exit pupil of
the eyepiece.
b) Eyecup setting not correct for use with/
without glasses.
Diopter setting incorrect
a) Minimum/maximum measuring range
exceeded
b) Target object's reflectivity is insufficient
Battery exhausted
Remedy
a) Adjust eye-to-eyepiece alignment
c) Adjust the settngs: Wearer of glasses fold
the eyecup back; in case of use without
glasses, the eyecup remains folded out (s.
p. 41).
Repeat diopter adjustment (see p. 41)
Take the specified ranges into account (see
p. 43)
Replace battery (see p. 40)
