Ölmenge einstellen
– Abgegebene Ölmenge durch Beobachten der
Tropfenanzahl im Tropfaufsatz bestimmen:
Richtwert: 1 ... 2 Tropfen/min
(qv = 1000 Nl/min).
– Ölmenge mit der Dosierschraube am Tropfauf-
satz des Nebelölers einstellen.

Druck absperren

In Stellung (a) ist das Absperrventil geöffnet.
– Zum Absperren Drehknopf um 90° im Uhrzei-

gersinn drehen.
In Stellung (b) ist der Druck abgesperrt. Die
Sekundärseite wird an der Modulrückseite (An-
schluß G3/4) entlüftet.
Absperrventil abschließen
Um unbefugtes Öffnen des Absperrventils
zu verhindern, kann der Drehknopf durch ein
Schloss gesichert werden.
– Absperrplatte (c) herausziehen.
– Nur bei BG1: Filmscharnier nach unten
drücken.
– Vorhängeschloss einhängen (bis zu drei
Schlösser sind möglich).
Druckschalter montieren
Flanschmontage
– Formdichtung (a) in die Dichtungsnut (b)
einlegen.
– Schalter aufsetzen und handfest aufschrau-
ben.
Setting the oil amount
– Determine amounts of oil discharged by
observing the number of drops in the drop
attachment.
Guiding value: 1 ... 2 drops/minute
(qv = 1000 Nl/min)
– Set the oil amount using the metering screw
on the oil-mist lubricator's drop attachment.
Shutting off pressure
The shut-off valve is opened in position (a).
– To shut off pressure, turn the knob 90°
clockwise.
The pressure is shut off in position (b). The
secondary side is exhausted on the back of the
module (G3/4 connection).
Locking the shut-off valve
– To prevent unauthorized opening of the
shut-off valve, the button can be secured
with a lock.
– Pull out shut-off plate (c).
– BG1: Press the fi lm hinge downwards.
– Attach the padlock (up to three locks are
possible).
Mounting the pressure switch
Flange mounting
– Insert the molded seal (a) into the sealing
groove (b).
– Place the switch onto it and tighten manually.
