So montieren Sie den Befestigungsbügel
(Grafi k siehe vorherige Seite)
– Dichtungsring einsetzen.
– Module seitlich ansetzen.
– Bügel (a) hinten und Gegenstück (b) vorne
aufschieben.
– Mit zwei Schrauben handfest anziehen.
Max. Anzugsmomente:
BG1: 0,5 Nm
BG2: 2,5 Nm
BG4: 3,0 Nm

Befestigungswinkel montieren

– Hinteren Gehäusedeckel abnehmen:
An Position (a) drücken, um den Gehäuse-
c
deckel zu entriegeln.
Im entriegelten Zustand Gehäusedeckel durch
Drehen von der Gehäusewand (b) abnehmen.
– Befestigungswinkel (c) mit zwei Schrauben am
Modul befestigen.
Max. Anzugsmoment: 1,6 Nm

Schalttafelmutter montieren

Hinweis: Die Befestigungsplatte darf die Mate-
rialstärke H (BG1: 6 mm, BG2: 8 mm, BG4: 15 mm)
nicht überschreiten!

– Durchgangsbohrung D (BG1: 37 mm, BG2:
43 mm, BG4: 51 mm) in die Befestigungsplatte
(b) bohren oder stanzen und Einzelgerät (a)

(Druckregler oder Filter-Druckregler) durch die
Durchgangsbohrung führen.
– Schalttafelmutter (c) über den Einstellknopf
führen und anziehen.
Max. Anzugsmomente:
a BG1: 8 Nm
BG2: 10 Nm
BG4: 10 Nm

Manometer montieren

– Manometer mit Gabelschlüssel SW 14 in
das Manometergewinde eindrehen, bis die
Dichtung auf dem Gewinde komplett einge-
schraubt ist.
– Manometer durch max. 3/4 Umdrehung vor
oder zurück ausrichten. Max. Drehmoment
beim Einschrauben 7 ... 8 Nm.

– Insert sealing ring.
– Place modules on the sides.
– Push strap (a) from behind and counter piece
(b) from the front.
– Tighten manually with two screws.
Max. tightening torque:
BG1: 0.5 Nm / 4.4 in.lbs.
BG2: 2.5 Nm / 22 in.lbs.
BG4: 3.0 Nm / 26.6 in.lbs.
Assembling the mounting bracket
– Remove the rear housing cover:
Press on position (a) to release the housing
cover.
While released, turn the housing cover to
remove it from the housing wall (b).
– Fasten mounting bracket (c) onto the module
with two screws.
Max. tightening torque: 1.6 Nm / 14.2 in.lbs.
Mounting control panel nut
Note: The mounting plate must not exceed
material thickness H (BG1: 6 mm, BG2: 8 mm,
BG4: 15 mm)!
– Drill or press through hole D (BG1: 37 mm/
1.457 inch, BG2: 43 mm/1.693 inch, BG4:
51 mm/2,008 inch) into mounting plate (b)
and guide single device (a) (pressure regula-
tor or fi lter pressure regulator) through the
through hole.
– Guide control panel nut (c) over the setting
knob and tighten.
Max. tightening torque:
BG1: 8 Nm / 70.8 in.lbs
BG2: 10 Nm / 88.5 in.lbs
BG4: 10 Nm / 88.5 in.lbs.
Mounting the gauge
– Using a size 14 open end wrench, turn the
gauge in the gauge thread until the seal has
been completely screwed onto the thread.
– Align the manometer by turning it forwards or
backwards up to 3/4 of a turn. Max. screwing-
in torque: 7 ... 8 Nm / 62-71 in.lbs.
