Druckregelventil abschließen
Um ein unbefugtes Ändern der Druckeinstellung
zu verhindern, kann die Einstellkappe des Druck-
regelventils durch ein Schloss gesichert werden:
– Kappe nach unten drücken.
– Oberen Kranz (a) der Druckreglerkappe in
verriegelte Stellung drehen. Sicherungsösen
werden ausgefahren.
– Schloss in eine der Ösen (b) einhängen und
schließen.

Verschmutzungsanzeige montieren
– Schrauben (b) vom Vorfi lter- oder Feinfi lterge-
e
häuse (a) lösen und Deckel (c) abnehmen.

– Dichtungen (d) einsetzen, Verschmutzungsan-
zeige (e) auf das Feinfi ltergehäuse setzen und
Schrauben (f) anziehen.
Anzugsmoment: 1,5 Nm

3/2-Wegeventil und Absperrventil
Hinweis: Beim 3/2-Wegeventil und beim Ab-
sperrventil entstehen ohne Schalldämpfer sehr
laute Entlüftungsgeräusche.
Betreiben Sie daher 3/2-Wegeventil und Ab-
sperrventil nur mit Schalldämpfer.
Vorsteuerventil montieren
– Dichtungen (b) in den Vorsteuerventilan-
schluss des 3/2-Wegeventils (a) einsetzen.
– Vorsteuerventil (c) auf das 3/2 Wegeventil
setzen.
– Schrauben (d) anziehen:
Anzugsmoment: 0,5 Nm
Befüllzeit einstellen
Das Befüllventil verhindert bei Inbetriebnahme
der Anlage einen schlagartigen Druckaufbau.
Die Befüllzeit kann an der Stellschraube variiert
werden.
– Zum Erhöhen der Befüllzeit Stellschraube nach
rechts drehen.
– Zum Verringern der Befüllzeit Stellschraube
nach links drehen.
Locking the pressure regulator valve
To prevent unauthorized changes in pressure
setting, the setting cap of the pressure regulator
valve can be secured with a lock:
– Press cap down.
– Turn the upper wheel (a) of the regulator's cap
to the locked position. Safety hooks extend.
– Hang lock onto one of the hooks (b) and close.
Mounting contamination display
– Loosen screws (b) from pre-fi lter or microfi lter
housing (a) and remove cover (c).
– Insert seals (d), place contamination display
(e) on the microfi lter housing and tighten
screws (f).
Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm / 13.3 in.lbs.
3/2-way valve and shut-off valve
Note: Very loud exhaust noises occur if no
silencer is used with the 3/2-way valve and
shut-off valve.
Only operate the 3/2-way valve and shut-off
valve with a silencer.
Mounting pilot valve
– Insert seals (b) in the pilot valve connection of
the 3/2-way valve (a).
– Place the pilot valve (c) on the 3/2-way
valve (a).
– Tighten screws (d):
Tightening torque: 0.5 Nm / 4.4 in.lbs
Setting fi ll time
The fi lling valve prevents a sudden surge of pres-
sure during the system's start-up. The fi lling time
can be changed using the adjustment screw.
– To lengthen the fi lling time, turn the adjust-
ment screw to the right.
– To reduce the fi lling time, turn the adjustment
screw to the left.
