INITIAL OPERATION

CAUTION!
Observe the following safety instructions to prevent hazards and material dam-
age:
• Do not touch the blade with your fingers. This is very sharp and can cause
several injuries.
• The rotating blade can cut off body parts.
• Your fingers are at risk, especially your thumb.
• Check whether the blade cover plate is attached to the machine properly.

USE OF THE UNIVERSAL CUTTER

IMPORTANT!
• The unit must not be used without the end-piece holder, unless the size and
shape of the slicing material permits.
