COOLING OF HYDRAULIC OIL (FIG.13)
There is a radiator in the hydraulic system. It cools the oil in the circuit (not available on sweeper "mono Boxer D").
An electric fan cools the oil in the radiator. When the temperature of the oil in the tank 7 (Fig.12) goes above 60°
C, the bulb 1 (Fig.12) signals this to the electric fan 2 which automatically starts up and cools the oil. The fan goes
off when the oil temperature falls to 50°C.

MAINTENANCE OF THE OIL RADIATOR

Check that the blades on the radiant surface of the radiator are always clean. If this is not the case, clean them
with an air jet.
WARNING!
Clean the fi ns of the radiator body with a brush and diesel fuel at least once a week
The bin collects all the waste picked up by the brushes. When the bin is full, proceed as follows to empty it.
- Move lifting lever to position B to raise the bin;
- Manoeuvre the motor-sweeper so that the bin is positioned over a refuse collection container;
- Move opening lever to position B to open the bin door.
1) bin lifting/lowering control lever
2) door bin opening/closing control lever
DANGER!
Only empty the bin, in raised position, with the sweeper on fl at ground. Otherwise the machine could tip backwards.
When the hopper is lifted monoeuvring of the machine must be smooth and slow on a fast surface. Never operate
the machine with the hopper raised on rough or uneven ground or turn sharply.
WARNING!
Make sure that nobody is standing near the sweeper before you raise or empty the bin.

SAFETY BRACKETS FOR REFUSE BIN IN RAISED POSITION.

When the refuse bin is raised to allow work to be carried out, the safety brackets must be inserted in the right
and left-hand lift cylinders.
3) safety brackets.
4) bin lifting cylinders
N.B.: remove the brackets when the work is complete.
