• Prior to its operation in explosive areas, the paint pressure tank must
be checked in compliance with existing work safety regulations by a
qualified person with sufficient knowledge on safety requirements,
including ATEX.
7.2. Connection of paint pressure tank
• The material is supplied out of an ascending tube through the con-
tainer lid or from the bottom of the pressure tank (special version).
• The material outlet may be optionally equipped with two outlets for the
supply of two spray guns.
1. Connect material hose to material connection [1-4].
2. In case of the version with single pressure reducer, connect the gun
hose to the air supply circuit (e.g. on the wall). In case of the double
pressure reducer version (optional), connect the gun hose to the air
connection [1-11].
3. Check if all connections have been tightened firmly.
• To avoid electric charging, the bleeder resistance must be < 1MOhmn!
Only use anti-static SATA hoses!
7.3. Opening and closing of paint pressure tank
• Please always disconnect the pressure tank from the air supply
and completely depressurise the tank via the ventilation valve
[1-3] before opening!
• Switch off the agitator before opening, making sure that it cannot
be unintentionally switched on again!
1. Vent the paint pressure tank via the vent valve [1-3] until the tank is
