Remedy
Eliminate external magnetic fields
Observe the specifications
Reduce the mass of the effective load
Reduce speed
Use sufficient external cushioning
elements
Fasten the linear actuator to a flat
base.
Return to Festo for repairs.
For unpressurized linear drive:
Loosen the tubing connection and
move the slide twice by hand through
the entire stroke (if necessary, move
fixed stops into the end position)
Avoid low pressure in the piston
chamber (e.g. only move the
unpressurized slide slowly)
Increase connection cross-section
Connect volumes in series
Select larger drive
