Monitoring the Operational Voltage
The correct voltage for power supply to the "GX107" is between 5 V and 32 V. The "GX107"
is able to monitor the power supply voltage and inform you (i.e. send an SMS alarm) when the
voltage is too low or when there is no voltage.
This function is required, e.g. when the "GX107" is powered by a car battery. If the car battery
is too deeply discharged or if something is changed about the car power supply, the "GX107"
will automatically send an alarm message.
The "GX107" is equipped with an internal LiPo rechargeable battery that ensures the function
of the device for a certain amount of time and thus enables the continuation of, e.g., the GPS
function.
Command for setting the min. voltage:
SET VOLTAGE <Voltage> #1513
Voltage can be set from 500 to 2700 (from 5 V to 27 V).
If "500" is set as voltage1, the alarm is deactivated.
The supply voltage is specified with up to 32 V, but measurement is only
possible up to 27 V.
Reset to default settings
Send the following command to reset the default settings (off):
RESET VOLTAGE #1513
Test settings
To test the desired settings, use the command:
TEST VOLTAGE #1513
