Potential cause/solution
• Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
• Is the device activated? I.
• Has the fi lter compartment been correctly inserted?
• Is there enough water in the water tank or milk in the milk tank?
• There is no water in the water tank.
• No coffee powder has been added to the fi lter.
• The device must be decalcifi ed (see chapter "Care and stor-
age").
• Pump noises can be heard during the brewing process. This
is normal and does not represent a defect!
