EQUATION , Offers a TWO YEAR warran ty on its products.
This warranty certificate will only be valid if it has been filled in by the retailer at the time the purchase is made and is produced, wheneve r required, together with
the original invoice, wi t hout changes to the original data in troduced.
Based on this warran ty certi f icate, EQUATION will repair or replace any broken or defective co mponents of its devices ba sed on the following conditions:
1. The warranty comes in to force on the purchase date o f the product as indicated on the warranty do cument and only co vers damage or breakage s
due to manufactu ring defects. It will be pres umed tha t all faults found within SIX months after the purchase of the product alrea dy ex isted whe n the device
was de livered, except when the sa id presum ption is incom patible with the nature or the pr oduct or with the type of fa ult - Offic ial State Ga zette., La w
23/2003 of 10th J uly 2003)
2. In accordance with the said Law , this warran ty co vers labour and mate rials for any possible repairs, a s well as travel and transport costs to the ho me
of the user, if the said repair work is possible and proportionate, during the first six months. Fro m the seven th month and until the end of the warranty period,
EQUATION will only cover the co st o f materials. Any repair work will be considered disproportionate if it implies costs for EQUATION that, in co mparison with other
types of repair work, is unreasonable, considering the value of the device without any defe cts and if an alternative repair me thod exists tha t can be performed
without grea t inconvenience to the user.
3. This warran ty does not co ver periodical servicing or maintenance operations performed b y the authorised Official Te chnical Service (Sta rt-up ,
installation).
4. No liability will be accepted for indirect da mage caused to or b y this device, e specially if derived from any inadequate installation or failure to co mply

5. Exclusions from the warranty include any damage caused due to maltreatment of the device , its incorrect u se, incorrect handling and/or main tenance
by unauthorised personnel, as well as to any lack o f maintenance and the use of a ccessories that ha ve not been approved by EQU ATION or tha t have not been
included in the instruction manual . This warranty excludes dama ge due to inc orrect power supply, storms , uns uita ble fue l, damage ca use d by water with
phys ical-c hemica l features tha t cause incrustation or c orrosion, fr ost, fire , inc orrect regulation, pr oblems due to chim ney dra w, dama ge cause d during
transport, parts subject to wear by use (joints, ha ndles, filters, injec tors, components , plastic e lements , a nodes , pilots , glass ....).
6. No individual or legal entity is authorised to alter this wa rranty in any wa y. No co mpromise will be accepted that re sults from o ther taci t or express
warranties, clauses and other obligations, whe ther spe cial or imposed by trade o r sale custo ms.
7. This device will not be considered to have any manufa cturing de fect i f it has to be adapted or modified to co mply with technical or safety regulations
in force in places or countries o ther than those for which the device was originally designed and manufa ctured . There fore, this warranty does not co ver any o f the
above-mentioned adapta tions, modifications or changes, nor any attempt to introduce them, whe ther performed correctly or not, or any da mages derived fro m them.

Customers must noti f y EQU ATION within 2 months fro m the date they de tect any defect or failure affecting the device to be able to benefit fro m this
warranty.

The geographical coverage of this warran ty only includes the countries in which EQUATION , a subsidiary company or an o fficial importer distribu te
its products and where Co mmunity Directive 199 /44/CE is in force. In coun tries tha t do not belong to the European Union, the warran ty re mains in force under the
same te rms excep t fo r point 2.

This warranty does not a ffect the rights o f consumers as stated by Law 23/2003 on Warranties covering the sale of Consumer Goods. The Vendor
will fill-in and stamp this Warranty Certi f icate . Show this Certi f icate to the Technician toge ther wi t h the purchase receipt if you require any te chnical assistance.
In compliance with Organic Law 15/99, of 13 th December, on the Pro tection o f Data o f a Personal Nature , we info rm you that any data you provide by filling-in the
present form will be included in a file owned by EQUATION in order to handle its contractual obligations derived fro m the a cquisition of EQU ATION products. You
are also informed tha t you may exercise your right to a ccess, re ctify, cancel and oppose .
