The declared vibration total value has been measured in accordance

with a standard test method and may be used for comparing one tool with

another that the declared vibration total value may also be used in a

preliminary assessment of exposure.

A warning that the vibration emission during actual use of the power

tool can differ from the declared total value depending on the ways in which

the tool is used and of the need to identify safety measures to protect the

operator that are based on an estimation of exposure in the actual conditions

of use (taking account of all parts of the operating cycle such as the times

when the tool is switched off and when it is running idle in addition to the

trigger time).

GUARANTEE

For warranty clauses, refer to the attached warranty terms.

ELEM will replace at its expense the spare parts that will be considered defective by

him or an after-sales service center. In any case, the manufacturer will not accept the

refund (partial or total) of the machine nor damages in a direct or indirect way.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Insufficientmaintenance.

• Abnormal use or shock damage.

• Assembly, adjustment and preparation of the machine.

• Wear parts, safety elements (belt, blade, blade holder, bearings, cables, baffles,

spark plug, air filter, etc.)

• Shipping and packing costs.

• Use only replacement parts from the manufacturer.

ELEM declines all responsibility if the machine has not been used for the intended

purpose or if the operator has not used the machine in accordance with the operating

and maintenance instructions described in the operating instructions.

Read the instructions carefully before using the MACHINE!

When ordering spare parts, you must specify the machine reference, the year of

manufacture, the serial number of the tiller.
