Overview of initial start−up with control panel
1.
Before switch on: ensure that there is no ENABLE pending
at the controller interface (PLC).
2.
Switch on SFC−LAC; select drive type (e.g. HME−16−200).
3.
Set the parameters for homing method and speeds.
4.
Set control enable for control panel: [HMI = on].
Now the commutation point is sought for several seconds
(HME vibrates).
5.
Carry out homing run.
6.
Teach axis parameters: axis zero point AZ and software end
positions (when AZ is changed: repeat homing).
7.
Enter/teach positioning sets.
8.
Carry out test run. Check positioning response, points of
reference and operating area.
9.
Optimise positioning sets, points of reference and operat
ing area as required.
10.
Configure field bus address of SFC−LAC.
11.
Test function of controller interface.
12.
To complete start−up, observe the notes for operation (see
description of SFC−LAC−...).
