Fasten the hinge strip (Item 6) to the lock catch (Item 5). The an-
gled side of the lock catch must point away from the hinge strip.

Place the two door wings on the door hinges of the front wall and
align so that they can engage precisely in each other (see detail
21/b).

Align the lock catch on the left door wing so that it fits through the
recess on the rabbet profile of the right door wing.
The greenhouse can be locked with a padlock on the lock catch.

Note: First completely assemble the left door latch. It consists of
two door latches (Item 6) which are fastened to the turning strip
(Item 4) with pan-head cylindrical screws (Item 9).

The angled ends of the door latches must point upwards (Figure
22/a).

Fasten the bush (Item 3) for the door latch to the outside of the
door. If necessary pre-drill fastening holes with a cordless screw-
driver.

Important note: The individual screw preassembled in step 20/b
in the top guide rail of the door center profile must be positioned
between the turning strip and the side door profile. This screw
serves as the end stop for the turning strip and must therefore be
tightened directly next to it.

Fasten the rods of the door latch to the door profiles using a
spacer plate (Item 5) in each case and a guide plate at the front
(Item 8). Use the hexagon head screws preassembled in step 20 in
the top and bottom door profile.

When the door handle is in a horizontal position, the door is
closed.
Note: If the door does not close correctly or the rods catch slightly
when the door is opened, undo the screws on the door hinges and
align the height of the door wings precisely.

the side of the top door latch (Item 4).

23. Preassembly of the door window
Important note: This step describes the assembly of the right-
hand door window. Repeat this step for the left-hand door window
– remembering that the left-hand door window is fitted the oppo-
site way round.
Important note – take care not to mix up the components:
The profiles "horizontal EP window profile" and "horizontal win-
dow profile" differ in shape only as a result of the two notches at
the ends. Please refer to the following figures:
