Assembly preview / reference diagram door windows (right
wing)
23/a Window profile hinge
Perform assembly step twice
Slide the hinge strips (Item 8) into the recesses in the guide rail of
the window hinge profile (Item 5).

Perform assembly step twice
Working from the outside screw the hinge blades (Item 1) into
these recesses and tighten.

Perform assembly step twice
Slide the two window latches (Item 2) at a distance of 13 cm each
to the profile ends in the guide rail of the "vertical window profile"
(Item 6) and fasten with a self-tapping screw (Item 12) in each
case.
As you do so, ensure that the window locks can still be turned eas-
ily – the self-tapping screws serve to secure the position of the
locks and must not be screwed through the complete window pro-
file.

Perform assembly step twice
Push in the window bracket (Item 7) at each end of the horizontal
window profile (Item 3) until it rests against the end of the profile.

Screw on the window angle bracket.

Plug the vertical window profile and the hinge window profile onto
the two window brackets.
Plug the window profile with the hinges on the left side of the verti-
cal window profile (when viewed from the inside of the door win-
dow) onto the other window angle bracket .

Screw on the window bracket. The window profiles must fit per-
fectly at the corners in the 90 degree bracket.

Fasten a window bracket to both ends of the horizontal EP window
profile (with notches, Item 4) as described in step 23/e and 23/f.
Then plug the profile on the two side window profiles and the web
panel.

24. Assembly of door windows
21/a External view
Fit both door windows into the openings in the double door.
Detail view of hinge alignment (inside / door open)
Align the preassembled hinges on the door angle brackets so that
they engage precisely with the door windows. Open the door wing
to align the hinges.

If the door windows do not close correctly, undo the screws on the
hinges
and align the door windows precisely in height.

25. Assembly of the door hooks
Notes on using the rhombus screws.
If you find that the rhombus screws cannot be turned without diffi-
culty in the guide rail, it may be necessary to undo the nuts and
turn the screws to the correct position.
25/a External view (rain gutter front wall)
Perform assembly step twice
Fit the frame mount with a rhombus screw in the center of the rain
guttering profile so that a segment is positioned next to the door
(refer to the outline drawings).

Perform assembly step twice
Insert the door hooks into the opening in the frame mount. The
eyelet can be bent open or closed with pliers.
25/c Detail view (right door hook with fitted door wing)
The door hooks secure the door or the door window from closing
by itself.
Note: By moving the door hook at the rain gutter you can adjust
the position of the opened door.
