Beim Biegen größerer Rohre mit ROLLER'S Arcus auf sicheren Stand achten.
Bei eventuellem Bruch des Rohres läßt die Gegenkraft schlagartig nach.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
WARNUNG WARNUNG
ROLLER'S Arcus ist bestimmt zum kalten Ziehbiegen von Rohren bis 180°. Alle
anderen Verwendungen sind nicht bestimmungsgemäß und daher nicht zulässig.

Arbeitsbereich
Beim fachgerechten Kaltbiegen dürfen keine Anrisse oder Falten auftreten. Rohr-
qualitäten und Abmessungen, die dies nicht gewährleisten, sind zum Biegen mit
ROLLER'S Arcus nicht geeignet.
● Harte, halbharte, weiche Kupferrohre, auch dünnwandig, Ø 10 – 22 mm, Ø ⅜ – ⅞".
● Weiche ummantelte Kupferrohre, auch dünnwandig, Ø 10 – 18 mm.
● Nichtrostende Stahlrohre, ummantelte C-Stahlrohre der Pressfi tting-Systeme
Ø 12 – 18 mm.
● C-Stahlrohre der Pressfi tting-Systeme Ø 12 – 22 mm.
● Weiche Präzisionsstahlrohre Ø 10 – 20 mm.
● Elektroinstallationsrohre DIN EN 50086 Ø 16 – 20 mm.

Keep proper footing while bending larger pipe sizes with ROLLER'S Arcus.
During a possible break of the pipe the back pressure gives way immediately.

Use for the intended purpose
WARNING WARNING
ROLLER'S Arcus is intended for cold draw bending of pipes up to 180°. All other
uses are not for the intended purpose and are therefore prohibited.

No cracks or wrinkles shall occur during professional cold bending. Pipe qualities
and sizes which do not guarantee this are not suited to be bent with ROLLER'S
Arcus.
