5. To Use

NOTICE
Only use plant-based oils as other oils may stain or damage the
wooden finish.
Treatment without massage oil: (if you have little or no
body hair)
A massage treatment without massage oil provides a surface mas-
sage, which activates the reflex zones and treats the surface of
the tissue.
Treatment with massage oil: (recommended if you have
thick body hair or if you would like a deep massage)
When using massage oils, the massage will penetrate deep into
the tissue, increasing blood circulation in the treatment area.
1. Put a couple of drops of plant-based oil in the palm of your
hand.
2. Rub the plant-based oil evenly over the area you wish to mas-
sage. Before starting the massage treatment, wipe your hands
with a soft cloth to prevent them from slipping during the treat-
ment and to prevent damage to the silicone handles.
3. After treatment, wipe the wooden surface of the Fascia-
ReleaZer and the treated body area with a soft, clean cloth.
